Blueberry Muffin
  • TUTU Blueberry Syrup 100ml
  • 50 gr fresh blueberries (if not available can be ignored, just as a topping)
  • Medium protein flour 240gr
  • Baking powder 6 gr
  • Salt tsp
  • 2 eggs
  • Granulated granulated sugar 150gr
  • Melted butter 100gr
  • plain yogurt 100gr
  • Lemon water 10gr
  • Vanilla powder 1 tsp


    Topping:
    • Sugar
    • Cinnamon Powder

    Mix and sift the flour and baking powder. Add salt, then mix well. Take 1 tablespoon flour, mix it into the prepared blueberries. Beat eggs and sugar until dissolved. Add in a row the yogurt, melted butter, lemon, TUTU Blueberry Syrup and vanilla powder, then stir with a whisk until smooth. Put in the flour, stir again with a whisk until just blended, then add the fresh blueberries, and mix well with a spatula. Prepare a cupcake or baking sheet that has been lined with muffin paper. Mix the topping ingredients together. Scoop the batter into the cupcakes, then sprinkle the tops of the muffins with cinnamon sugar. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. In the last 5-10 minutes, turn the heat over the oven until the cupcakes are cooked through and the top is golden brown.
